Last year the NIJ asked JBIT to provide extensive electrical properties of kryron and JBIT said they used TRW (I think) to do that for them. So it's not as if BORK didn't know the electrical properties of kryron.
So this must have been a "demo" of a kryron product to GE. It was probably initiated by BORK: maybe something like can we show you this busbar. We think it is special and something GE could use and its not made from copper. imo.
