No accommodation costs, so it would seem no one was in the field at that time. It would seem that most of the work attributed to HC was related to office work.

And you are making a fairly large assumption if you think that Wayne is taking all (or even part) of this payment in stock. And I have a good reason to believe this.... he position as being a director maybe, but not his work as a geologist.

$2 million shares at the current share price is not much compensation for 2 years of work....
