dbanks, kryron has been out for a year. It just didn't get any publicity or traction last year (even with multiple live shoot demos). They even showed it to the Govt at Aberdeen. Kryron passed the Chesapeake NIJ06 ballistic tests with flying colors last year. But nothing seem to happen last year.

This year everyone is noticing including the military. The "real" money is the armor. Ceradyne because they had the ONLY ceramic armor (partially paid for by Govt funds) that could withstand AK-47 rounds received a $2.5 billion contract - what 4 or 5 years ago? So there is big money in armor/helmet alone.

Then there is the law enforcement and international militaries and police forces.

Armor is big.

Don't know much of the commercial "success" of kryron - John Bourque seems very optimistic.

There is no doubt that BORK has competition. But I think they are 1 year ahead of the competition in regards to armor.
