I personally got way more of a buzz from the REAL than a regular cigarette. I did technically quit tobacco back in December, but I have smoked a random cigarette here and there while drinking(I used to dip skoal so it's not a trigger for me), and I don't get a buzz from an entire cigarette. I did get a buzz from a few hits on the REAL.
