Wow, while they were this close? Was he able to stop dilution, and if so, what steps did he take to cut costs? I'm not sure what BRAV could cut at this point, so I don't know what good it would do.
He immediately took into account ALL stakeholders. Initiatives to drive sales, listened to the board of directors who represented bulk of shareholders on what they would like to see, drove bottom line results, and cut home office payroll by 1/3, and communicated to all stakeholders what his plans are and updated them with brutal honest facts along the way.
Not saying Danny isnt doing any of these things, he is doing alot of things right actually, but he isnt taking into account all stakeholders.
Stakeholders being customers, employees, community, vendors, and shareholders.....in that order.
