Sub pennies coming, your argument is silly because interest and settlement charges come out right up front for one thing and that will be at lease $3 million leaving $12 mil IF this even happens.

Then it is a senior note placing the shareholders in the back seat, it is not equity.

So funny how these simple facts are overlooked.

Then this is all speculation if there is still any value there.

The drop back to .019 and sub pennies coming reflects reality IMO.
