I was wrong on the Outstanding shares.
The number of Outstanding Shares would have to be aroung 150 Billion shares for this info to be correct. Before Jan 2011 Ramo sold for .0006 and they didn't trade much at all. In fact this stock hasn't been trading for about ten years. So who would own the stock but management, maybe a few people. The pps couldn't be selling because you have to hold a pp for a year before you can sell. This is proof somebody is not telling the truth.
