They have raised 50 million Dollars for the project in Romania so it can be completed. Companies like Ramo raised money by PPS and that is it, no cookie sales. Do the math 50 million Dollars equals how much Ramo stock, ALOT. If this story is true people just don't give Ramo money because Mike or Alex ask for it. It is called PPS, don't think a bank is going to lend the money.
