Since there is a chill on ENTI at the Depository Trust Company (DTC), we are not able to make changes to the registration of the certificates. They are in street name, so our options are limited. If you want to purchase additional shares of ENTI, you will need to purchase them through a firm willing to accept the risk associated with trading physical certificates. We will only allow closing transactions of ENTI.

I think that explains why we are where we are at. I'm having to open an account at Zecco to try and fix this whole mess. Once they can get back to trading normally I think we will see some movement.
