This really could get interesting. Lets see what we have here.

1.) WTCT has engaged a CHINESE INVESTMENT / MANUFACTURING FIRM.

2.) THE PARENT COMPANY IS CHINESE.

3.) It appears that a financing deal may come about from the investment side of this CHINESE concern based on the Detroit Lab results.

4.) Back in December, 2010 WTCT engages a Consultant, a Mr. Jake Jenkins with Chinese connections to the automotive industry.

Just a wild guess but it sounds like something is going on with the CHINESE.
