SPPI approves $25M stock buyback

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Wednesday its board authorized the repurchase of up to $25 million in stock.

Spectrum said the shares can be purchased at any time through the end of 2012.

The company's shares closed at $8.71 Tuesday and have traded between $3.67 and $10.63 in the last 12 months.
