I've done a little reading on the emxc dividend & the only details I could find stated, you must be an owner of emxc shares today 6/15/2011, to be eligible for a dividend.
There is a big difference between eligible & actually paying a dividend today. It may be some time before dividend (if it happens) is paid & Slavo selling emxc shares. I would not hold your breath for a "Lightning Bolt" to hit EFLN this week.
