Because most ALL pinkies are. It's a numbers game here. I have made killings on scams by the way. Most a just shells pumped by stock promoting groups. Even this pig got some wings to the low .06s. You don't INVEST in pinkies you trade them. I think there will be a POP here to a nickel maybe so will average down and make a little money.
