I've gotten the same message as others after talking with CS on the phone. Namely, the shipment cleared and arrives this morning. The sense I get from them is that they've taken steps to ensure there will be product in stock for a long time. They definitely want the RE/AL to succeed, it was just a matter of finding the rhythm between new order fulfillment process and supply chain speed bumps.

I don't see why they would PR customs clearance again, as some are thinking. Unless there was another meaty item to inform us about at the same time. But I could be wrong..
