My DUE DILIGENCE tells me the deliquent financials ARE FINALIZED. Contact the company's accounts, listed on the OTC Market Pink Sheet Exchange information section, they will CONFIRM the financials are COMPLETE. I was able to VERIFY same. I'm sure we're going to see the filings within the next few days . . .
