The 50MA crossing the 200MA is a bullish sign, but it should not be the only indicator used. In the case of this stock, they do cross, but other things I see tell me that this is a dud. You don't need to use TA to see that volume is nonexistent. Looks like only one trade (if that) is going on daily. When you look at price X volume, you can see that theres no money flowing.
MACD is declining. The MACD line is getting further way from the signal line. These are not buy signals.
I dont give advice, but personally, I I wouldn't put $10 in this stock.
