Dan3 - I couldn't quite tell from your post whether you've concluded it looks like they're running single core or dual core at FAB36, or if the photo just wasn't clear enough to be sure.

Sorry, if my inserted 2x512kB L2 Dual Core photo is misleading. What I see on the wafers are 512kB L2 single core K8 dies (Winchester or Venice depending on the revision - maybe even a revision F). The large version of the photo has a resolution, which is high enough to find that out as you can see in my composition.
