You are also correct. The trouble is, when anyone tries to read the filings, it's like reading Chinese! I usually need to reread it a few times just to get past the title! So they start to worry. It's common in penny stock. But you have the right idea, Ask if you don't know! There are a lot of smart people out there on the board and most of them will answer you. You just have to give them a chance to get up to speed on your question.
