Just recently under the guidance of current CEO, they gave a conv. note for $508K to Rob Ryon.....hope it was a great purchase.

As stated in the doc. in otcmarket.com and I highlighted the Rob Ryon portion you can see that note is the only note not reported as convertible.

converted to common stock at a conversion rate of $.0001 per share 60 days after issuance. The notes have an interest rate of 12% per annum.

and $52,962.09 to Olde Rockledge Capital & Investments, LLC. These debts are the result of Company expenses being paid by third these
parties. The Company became liable to an unsecured note payable due Robert Ryon for $508,108.69 as part of the agreement to acquire assets
of Air Pure Systems Development, Inc.
