Wireless Age and New Look Industries are predominately owned by JS and his holding companies and trusts. JS has a strong interest in the shares doing well. He has beefed up the Boards with some of the old Conservative guard through his relationship and involvement with Peter Shoniker. Peter is a former rainmaker. The problem is it will be highly dilutive to raise money here and to be in the waste to energy business you need deep pockets. Look how much Plasco spent.The other divisions will have to really kick in to make this work. JS has his work cut out for him.
