I'm quite sure that there weren't any SPECIFIC deadlines that were missed... I'm not making excuses, but many of you on this board are implying things from the official shareholder communications that simply are not there.

People may have been told things that didn't happen, but that's entirely different than everyone being promised a date in a signed letter. Read it for yourselves... Per the shareholder email, "draft of the audits available to us by around June 4 with the final documents being available next week."

Also, "We expect to be executing the Share Purchase Agreement between Polaris and the acquisition target. Currently we expect this to be completed during the week of June 13 following the audits."

Now I know that leads us to EXPECT that things will happen, and I assume we will hear something this week since based on the communication we were led to expect something by the end of this week. I am hopeful that it comes via a series of excellent PRs, not shareholder email.
