Not the way I read it! Drinks will pick up 39 sku's from WW. After selling them into the market nationally, drinks will make money as a main distributor for WW products. Drinks keeps the profits and will then keep the cost of the product up to 1.5 million dollars. Drinks also receives 120 days credit, so Drinks will not be paying an invoice to WW until june 2012 (just a guess at the date). Drinks current products will continue to be sold through Mexcor however, it appears that WW will provide production for new product and I would guess that if Drinks receives 120 days credit that they will sell the new products into the market alone (not using Mexcor). What is really nice...if Drinks has a hot product produced in lets say England and the lifting is too much for the small company, they can hand it off to Mexcor. I think that greatest upside could be WW acting as a production partner, we could create a nice Mexican beer to compete with Corona and partner that up with the Interscope Geffen A&M deal.
