They dont give out float just o/s and a/s which means there not gagged and as far as all o/s being out there that would mean they would have to have their controlling interest in the float if thats all the shares available and IMO I dont see that happening even with a float at 420 million I still see no problem here and as far as a R/S if they were gonna do that think they would have done it in the restructuring but all IMO GLTA

I'm sure we'll see pinksheets updated soon with share structure including float.
