FS, Bork/JBIT has always said transmission lines (the big stuff) and not normal housing electrical wire (or smaller). Now that could change in the future, but at the house and lower levels cost is paramount.

At the transmission wire level, it would be how much can kryluminum save us, the utility per year? Sort of maybe like solar - yes you are spending $3million to save $200,000/year.
