If this is actually the case(which I doubt very seriously) then why would the wording in the PR say that they had been awarded an RFP instead of a contract.
Who did you find out that this was a previously submitted RFP???
Never mind I will go ahead and answer that for you so that we don't go down some winding path that skirts the question completely and ends with some gobblety gook trading and shorting disscussion.
YOU PROBABLY CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASKED JD AND HE TOLD YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED TO HEAR, AM I RIGHT???
Just for the sake of keeping information factual would you care to put up a link to the information that says that this is indeed a contract that it was based on a previously sumbitted RFP. This is not asking too much is it?
