Just what I think. The RS is going to be an albatross around its neck now. I can't imagine mgmt didn't see this coming. If they didn't care, it might just be that they planned to do the RS and eventually issue more shares. RS to 60M and increase to 100M Maybe that's been their plan all along.
Please take what I am saying with a grain of salt. Just giving my impressions/opinions - I am no stock expert - just your friendly neighborhood psych prof-- but I do teach research design so have a few neurons left still firing, even after growing up with fluoride and various other chemicals :)
