SFIO like any company has to maintain a budget according to supply and demand. And to complicate matters we are at the grass roots. As the article pointed out that I am wondering now if you really read is a basic outlook of what is currently happening;
“When a company, especially small a company, is growing fast it has to give equal attention to its operations and its costs if it wishes to succeed. When a company is growing rapidly, it doesn't just mean grappling with the same problems on a larger scale. It means management—in some cases—must come up to speed in order to understand, adjust to, and deal with a whole new set of challenges. In essence, management will be dealing with a very different company”
I think this is where we are and with a little time they will work out the bugs.
Telling me who you are and what you have accomplished gives me strong impressions that you didn't do your homework and that emotions/greed got the best of your reasoning on this one and you may be in trouble....thats not my fault or anybody elses...least of all SFIO.
