A release of an 8K will eliminate a lot what you posted and the fact that they haven't done that...speaks volumes !!! As in nothing in those PR's has been finalized. The BIG question now is, will they EVER be !!! And if the share price is any indicator going into this supposed CC.......well, it's not looking very good at the moment !!!
