I'm going to agree with you there. While I was excited to finally see any sort of update, I am less than excited by the language presented in the filing.
Basically, it sounds like they are trying to get the case dismissed by saying the claims are unfounded. In other words, there is no evidence for the claims made by Starr, and thus MW and Citron. Nowhere do I see them deny that any of the claims are true. I'd love to get Andrew and Koufax's opinion as our resident lawyers to see if this kind of language is normal in order to protect the clients or the to protect the defense's strateguy for the upcoming case. I think I have a reason to be concerned with the way it is written but I like an expert opinion.
I'd love if they denied that any of the claims are true, but I just don't see it. With that said, I would expect to see a small bump in the price from the news that they are fighting it, one way or another.
