By the way, it's appreciated that you shared this information with the board but somehow I am thinking that this would be considered "insider information" since it wasn't released via PR. Am I completely off base?
Not going anywhere with it but what if Noah decided not to let the board know. Would he have had an advantage of information that was not privy to the rest of us?
Not so sure that I like the fact, even though the information is appreciated, that SFIO is communicating via e-mail or phone with it's shareholders.
Don't get me wrong - It's just something I'm not use to seeing.
I personally think that this direct communication between the shareholders and the CEO/CFO is problematic at best.
