The 36million tax reduction is just a bonus if a company buys them, this alone is great value. Of course the public reason will be obvious. its for they're licensing =)

Im just trying to say. This company might get taken over cause they have licenses and a business assembled in this industry already. The 36million tax benefit that can be carry forward for future years is just a plus reason for someone to buy them out
