One more thing it has never been"up to customs" it is up to the company to get their product through customs in a timely manner in order to fulfill the market and to meet deadlines, promises and expectations, when you don't people lose confidence and you pay the price....just sad the way they are screwing up a good thing,

They are lucky to have a cheerleader in you top dog, but the bottom line is they have to move the ball across the goal line to score points, and you can't do that without executing the plays.
