I spoke with the trustee: it appears that up for discussion at the next status meeting: a lease or the renewing thereof will be discussed. No other signals are present, she offered no forecast and a POR has not been submitted. My notes are out in the wagon but I believe a she said a deadline for a POR is Dec. 13 _ I bet this will be a wrap before then....

I told her that I speak frequently with a group of at least five or more shareholders & we want to know WTF is going on.

She gave us sufficient contact information so that we (as a group or as an individual) could make arrangements to listen to the status hearing via a conference call. It is my understanding if you listen up, you will be "present" and able to address the court and those in attendance. In order to get in a few more phone calls will be needed. Let me know what you think....if anybody is here....

So with that I ambushed debtors council at ten to five on her direct line. she pick up.
She told me Bob is super busy with another Job... and she advised him to more or less avoid direct contact with shareholders and speak very cautiously if contact is made.

She said one of two things will happen. She said Pete & Darren are working very hard at restructuring in an effort to salvage MPPC or a buyer will step up & game over. I didn't ask her about potential buyers because I figured she wouldn't give it up....

if the organic rebuilding direction is successful it is likely the stock will survive
if the company is sold debt and equity will likely be cancelled.

historically it looks like this month or next we should see a quarterly report

Ultimately, I think;
Who in their right funking mind would buy up a bankrupt photo print company?
Aren't the odds better that these guys need to work hard to save their jobs / the company?
or will the three musketeers form some third party entity or have some shill buy the company for pennies on the dollar FOR them?
