Yes, this is great news. It means that QSGIQ has the annual filings from 2009 and 2010 done and can be released as early as tomorrow as SEC filings. If I understand things correctly these filings will be non events as far as information BUT are needed to reverse merge, lose the Q and be up to date on the filings.

I see 750k+ in volume tomorrow and a close at .33 or better...
