JD is the one who should make "a call".


JD stated that the company owns the 3 fork lifts free and clear.

Southern Bank has documents on file that say 3 fork lifts are encumbered by a lien.


JD better be able to produce 6 fork lifts or he better call Southern Bank to ..*er*....straighten things out.


Please show the link that shows Mgmt "got a better rate"


I say JD and Glenn liked the- 'no personal recourse term' provided by Crestmark...much the same as why JD 'switched' factoring companies....you know....let the shareholders carry the load!
