Getting a little confused about Xbox 360 and PS3.

Is Anand's take for the Xbox or for the PS3. PS3 only has 256 MB of GDDR3, so the arguments change slightly. Only 4 chips needed. So do we have 256 bit bus for Xbox and 128 bit bus for PS3?
