So...when JD did his shout out regarding the company owning 3 Fork Lifts FREE AND CLEAR he better be able to show at LEAST 6 fork lifts at the plant since according to the ACTIVE UCC Southern Community Bank holds a lien against 3 Fork lifts. If not.. one could surmise that JD is guilty of painting a fraudulent picture regarding the current financial state of the publicly traded company known as Expo Holdings.
