I am very interested in your following comment:

Despite assertions to the contrary, JBI's product is not actually spec fuel and does not conform to No.2 Fuel Oil specifications, thereby rendering the Heating Oil benchmark invalid.



Did you in fact obtain fuel from jbi and spec that fuel in a lab? Is this comment assumption or fact? If indeed you feel it is fact, give us proof!

As a jbi shareholder, i would very much like to see you produce verifiable proof, rather than assumption.
