Point well taken.........

as I have said not in these terms.....but they met, their interested, they discussed, they tweaked a little here and there, they stilled, they re-negotiated, they agreed in principal, they dinnered, they brunched, they set to the legal departments, they combated, re-negotiated, they translated, they re-translated, they settled and overcame pride, greed, arrogance, etc.......

Now the lender looks in to see if it is what they were expecting......no...a little more tweaking, here and there...oh shit, more drawing board stuff...I want the pipe line to go straight....cost less.....we can't take out farm...no go! OK, lets put it here..............

It's not easy folks!!!! It comes when it comes.....! Hope the booze was good!!!
