As good as they may be, the fundamentals in an OTC (esp Pinks) doesn't hold the same weight as fundamentals in a big board stock. The manipulation of the stock is certain, not to mention the mass exodus of shareholders that will bail with just the notion of it. Even big board stocks suffer tremendously as I will use Citigroup as an example where they did a R/S in May. R/S spells trouble from every angle as far as I'm concerned. It's the biggest red flag that I can think of. Do a little experiment and go on one of the more popular message boards on this site and ask, "Has anyone ever had a profitable experience with a stock they owned after it did a reverse split?" Do it. See what happens. I'll be waiting for your report on the results of that. Below is a chart of (C) Citigroup.
