@ drews - this is good news because it completes the link between the two companies. Before this there was company A and Company B. We knew that they were related because WL owned the both. However, now from a legal and financial reporting purpose they are completely related in structure. The 10Q will now also show this information clearly. This is another big step to show that William is doing things the right way and actually building a reputable company.

On a side note, I do not see any news on Etrade Pro.
