Here is my nonprofessional opinion why we will see .50 by the end of the year. If you remember back in May 2010, TADF released some PR about a tanker LOI causing the PPS to jump from .002 to well over .04 in less than 2 weeks, halted shortly after by false information released by the corrupt CEO, Daniels, about TADF approaching bankruptcy. Considering the information that is soon to be released, I would expect a merger announcement of this magnitude to generate AT LEAST that much momentum.
With that being said, the current merger paperwork suggests a reverse split, and I seem to remember the ratio being about 10:1. If applied after the PPS reaches the .04 range it would push us to about .4, compounded with some large government contracts would get us fairly close to the NASDAQ dollar range imo.
