4Dheels, I played CLYW yesterday after the news. You're right, the company is very shady. It is very hard to make money out of CLYW. Yesterday I bought at 1.49 and had the order to sell at 1.59, ask went to 1.60 and bid was at 1.59, They won't take my shares. The stock then shorted down or sold down to 1.30 very quickly, I ended up bought some more at 1.35 and sold at 1.40 for a small loss on average.

They have a killer patent, but the problem with CLYW is, they have lost most of the trust from investors. The company lied too much, investors have doubt on anything they say, BTW, where is their $500 mil China Telcom deal?
