Is it ok for someone that holds 550k shares to be disappointed in how this company has handled its business so far?

I invested because of the product. I had zero clue about the management behind the product.

How would you rate management's abilities so far, in the first few weeks in business in this country?

Being a critical long doesn't make me a basher. My investment here says I want the company to succeed. From where I'm observing right now, they have some work to do to get there.
