Sounds like a losing proposition for the dealer and sunlogics. The cost of build takes 20 years to recoup, and the lease is for 8 to 10 years, with the dealership eating it. what happens to the building at the end of the lease? They are counting on making money off of taxpayers, I assume. I am tired of that business mentality
