My scottrade account is showing the last at .012 but the streaming quote is at .013??????? All morning I have seen weird things as I put a bid in this morning and it took about a minute to post?

No dilution as the PO cannot sell their shares yet... Really some people need to educate themselves on rules and procedures.....
