Yes the court settlement was suppose to be in May, but reading all qualified (lawyers) peoples opinion on this board, delays would be expected and the progress has actually suprised them. That bein said, I expect news soon on the F100 company or BSDS, because the quiet period has ended after today. Big things soon I believe.
