I agree, especially since the mass amount of this entire possible deal is based on the Carmil Energy company needing an empty shell to take over...by all rights...

I also believe there will be a large number of Restricted going to the Carmil crew.


Since they have the technology, knowledge and contacts to get things rolling...they should be the ones that receive a majority of the shares and control.
