8k would only be filed if they were SEC reporting, because they are not all we have is Delaware to keep an eye on. They may also update the info on pinksheets if they choose to keep that updated.

It's a start, given the Twitter updates I posted earlier, I think we may soon hear about the progress of marketing and distribution.
