I haven't had any time to pin down the actual relationship, but there seems to be a hook-up beween MODG and IACG.
Seems like both companies may have bounced of their 'bottoms' (...as opposed to off their collective arses, ha ha...)
and, a little buying really seems to move the latter one quite a bit...:
